Get to know me
I, Reaux Shai, owner of LiteHouse Solutions, started off as a life insurance agent, straight out of college, plugging away on a dialer for a company based in Bellevue, WA. The goal for starting out in sales was to learn how to effectively sell so I could hone in on my ability to pitch my startup ideas in hopes of securing substantial seed money. It soon became obvious that I was a great salesman, as I consistently finished first or 2nd in monthly production out of 100+ agents on our sales staff. After 2 years of excelling in that role I decided to try my hand in outside sales. I faired just as well in that arena for another year and a half before beginning my quest of becoming a profitable entrepreneur. I've since started 4 companies before the conception of this one and 2 were great successes, 1 was mildly successful, and one was a relative failure. This being the 5th venture I'm embarking on, I plan on using my wealth of knowledge, experience, and prior success to guide this company to a bright and prosperous future.
